Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email or phone; if we can't fulfil an item (for example, it's out of stock), we'll let you know and refund any payment for that item in full.
All prices are shown in USD and are correct at the time of publication. If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before dispatch — you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Pre-orders reserve your copy ahead of release. Physical pre-orders ship to arrive on release day; digital codes are emailed on launch day. Your pre-order price is guaranteed — if the price drops before release, you pay the lower price. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before shipment for a full refund.
Digital game codes are single-use and delivered by email. Once a code has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Check the platform and region information on the product page before ordering.
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect losses, and console warranties are limited to repair or replacement of the faulty hardware.
